Booking and length of stay
The reservation is effective upon receipt of deposit. Breakfasts are included in the rates.
Cancellation by the client
All cancellations must be notified by any means as soon as possible. In case of cancellation of stay less than 8 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. In case of interruption of the stay, the amount corresponding to the total cost of the stay is still owned in full to the owner.
Arrival & departure
The client must inform the guest house of his estimated time of arrival.
The day of departure the client must free his room by 11am. Possibility of luggage pending keep for the day.
Payment of the balance
The balance is due upon arrival at the guest house.
When booking the number of people staying must be specified. If the expected number of customers is exceeded, the owner is entitled to refuse people unannounced.
Pets are not allowed in all guest houses. Ask each owner specifically.
All houses do not have private garage, ask each owner about parking conditions.
